How to download file from rapidshare while useing proxy

We are working in offices and as usual BOSS (who think i am the king) access deny to the rapidshare site. but as usual we are father of boss and we use proxy to open such good sites (hahah). ultra surf is really very good proxy which can be use directly without installing (its one of my favorite proxy software). so when we try to download any file through such a proxy software it mostly show either "This ip is already downloading file" or "You have reached the download limit". this is because like us more then 80% people of industry uses same proxy server.
To resolve this problem.
-run proxy (like Ultra surf)
-go to rapid share search your file
-then click on file link.
-select free user.
now it will show you error message here that "you have reached the download limit" or your ip are already downloading another file.
- now stop your proxy (not close this page)
- click on refresh (plez do not press enter on address bar or click on go)
- now u will see that countdown got start and u will get ur desired file

How To Add An Application To The Right Click On Every Folder

Here is how to add any application to the Context Menu when you right click on any Folder. This way you do not have to always go to the Start Menu. When you right click on any folder, you can have access to that application, the same as using Sent To.

1. Open RegEdit
2. Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell
3. Add a new Key to the "Shell" Key and name it anything you like.
4. Give it a default value that will appear when you right click a folder, i.e. NewKey (use an "&" without the quotes, in front of any character and it will allow you to use the keyboard)
5. Click on the Key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\NewKey
6. Add a New Key named Command
7. Set the (Default) value of the application you want to run
8. For example: c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe (Include the full path and parameters if you need them)

Disable the Shut Down Button on the Welcome Screen

Do you have little ones that like to click all over the screen when you’re not looking? Afraid of someone shutting down the computer without logging on?

Click Start, click Control Panel, click Performance and Maintenance, and then click Administrative Tools.
Double-click Local Security Policy.
Expand Security Settings, then expand Local Policies, and then click Security Options.
In the right pane, double-click the Shutdown: Allow system to be shut down without having to log on policy, click the Disabled radio button, and then click OK.
No more shutting down without logging on!

Add an Item to the Send To Menu

You can create a new shortcut on the Send To menu, for example, one that goes to a frequently-used folder.

Open My Computer, and double-click the drive where Windows is installed, which is usually drive C.
Double-click the Documents and Settings folder, and then double-click the folder for the particular user.
Double-click the Send To folder. The Send To folder is hidden by default. To see the Send To folder, click Tools, click Folder Options, and then click Show hidden files and folders.
On the File menu, point to New, and then click Shortcut.
Follow the instructions to create a shortcut.
Now, when you right-click a file, and click Send To, the shortcut to the item you selected will be an option. You can create shortcuts to local or network programs, files, folders, computers, or Internet addresses.

Close Multiple Windows

If you just opened a number of separate, related windows (a folder inside a folder, and so on), there's an easier way to close them all than one-at-a-time:

Hold down the shift-key as you click the X caption button in the upper-right corner of the last window opened. Doing so closes that window and all windows that came before it.
